What you will be doing as an Executive chef:

  • Reports to the General Manager
  • Day-to-day management of the kitchen operation.
  • Creating all the menus.
  • Effective management of all food operations.
  • Deliver and surpass the brand standards.
  • Cost control, monitoring performance across all departments.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience as an Executive Chef in Luxury Hotels
